Survival in the Digital Age Films
The Survival in the Digital Age film series has already been used to create discussion and debate around the issues of privacy, freedom of expression and access to information and their impact on advocacy, at ONO parties around the world. We are now releasing all 5 films online on a weekly basis; the first film, The Traces We Leave Behind, is already on ONO's website with subtitle options in Arabic, Polish, Spanish Ukranian, Russian and Portuguese.

Survival in the Digital Age explores these issues through the character of ONO, a robot who uses his power to see the layers behind information, to alert viewers to the ways they might be exposing themselves in their daily interactions using the internet, email and mobile phones. Through the animations, viewers can get to know ONO and gain a few helpful tips on how to use digital technologies more securely.
We invite people to participate in the ONO project by:
- Sharing the films with friends and colleagues
- Filling out a short feedback form on what you think of ONO's materials
- Translating one or all of the films
- Hosting an ONO party (freebies included!)
